Website Build

from $900

A custom-designed site built from scratch — no page builder, no recycled template.

  • Custom design around your brand
  • Mobile-first and built for speed
  • SEO foundation: sitemap, meta tags, structured data
  • Deployed on Cloudflare’s global network

A $100–$200 deposit gets you on the calendar. Larger builds cost more — a 16-page, SEO-first site is a different job than a five-page brochure site.

Logo & Brand Mark

from $300

A mark designed around your business, delivered in the files you actually need.

  • Concepts and real revision rounds
  • Final files for web, print, and signage
  • Light and dark versions where it matters

A full identity system — sub-brands, packaging, print — is quoted on top of this.

Shopify Store Setup

from $1,200

A custom-themed store built around your products, not a default layout.

  • Theme customized to your brand
  • Product, collection, and checkout setup
  • Payments, shipping, and tax configuration

Product count and how much data needs importing drive the final number.

eBay Store Consignment

commission-based

You supply the product, I run the store — listings, photos, pricing, and orders.

  • Listing creation and optimization
  • Inventory and order management
  • Multichannel listing where it makes sense

Paid as a percentage per sale instead of a project fee, agreed before anything goes live.

AI Automation

from $500

One job in your business — after-hours calls, lead follow-up, order admin — handed over to AI.

  • A free working demo before you pay anything
  • Setup, staff training, and a written handover
  • Monitoring and fixes at 20% of the build price per month

The build price scales with how many systems it touches. Phone and AI provider usage is billed at cost, with hard spending caps.

Prices are starting points, not a menu. Scope, page count, and how much content needs building all move the number — I'll walk through it with you and put a real figure in writing before anything starts.

The Practical Side

How the money actually works

Deposit to start

Website builds start with a $100–$200 deposit. It puts you on the calendar and counts toward the total; the balance is due when the site goes live. Bigger builds can be split across milestones instead.

Hosting is basically free

Your site runs on Cloudflare's global network, which costs nothing at this size. The only ongoing cost is your domain — usually $10–20 a year, paid to the registrar, in your name.

Care plan, if you want one

From $40/month for ongoing edits, updates, and someone keeping an eye on things. Entirely optional — a static site doesn't need constant patching to stay up.

In Their Words

Worth the money, according to them

SLEAk did a complete overhaul and revamping of my website. WOW! I was fifth in the rankings and am now at number one. And immediate sales to boot, the day after the new site went live. Steve did a terrific job and made this painless for me. I can’t wait to see what he does with the next update!

Questions

Before you get in touch

How long does a site take?

It depends on size and how quickly content comes together. A small brochure site is usually a couple of weeks once I have your copy and images; a large, multi-page build runs longer. Content is almost always the thing that sets the pace.

What do you need from me to start?

Whatever you already have: copy, photos, an existing logo, and a sense of sites you like. If copy is the hold-up, I can structure and tighten what you give me — you don’t have to hand over finished writing.

How many revisions do I get?

Revisions are part of the process, not an upsell. I keep going until it looks right. Major structural changes after a design is signed off — new sections, a different layout, added pages — get quoted separately so the scope stays honest.

What does hosting cost after launch?

Close to nothing. These sites are static and run on Cloudflare’s network, which is free at this size. You pay your registrar for the domain, typically $10–20 a year. There’s no monthly platform fee like Wix or Squarespace charge.

Do you handle changes after the site is live?

Yes. Small edits can be one-off and billed as they come, or you can take a care plan from $40/month for ongoing edits, updates, and keeping an eye on things. Plenty of clients don’t need one — a static site doesn’t rot the way a plugin-heavy one does.

Who owns the site and the files?

You do. The domain is registered in your name, the site is yours, and logo work is delivered in source files you keep. Nothing is held hostage if we part ways.

What does the AI work involve?

Handing one specific job in your business over to AI — answering calls after hours, following up on leads, sorting orders, that kind of thing. I build you a working demo first, free, so you can test it before deciding. If you keep it, it's $500 to $5,000 to put live depending on how many systems it touches, then 20% of that per month to monitor and maintain it. Full details are on the AI Automation page.

Do you work with clients outside Pennsylvania?

Yes. I’m based in Sayre and work with businesses around Athens, Waverly, and the Twin Tiers, but the whole process works fine remotely — past clients have been in New York and beyond.

How does payment work?

Website builds start with a $100–$200 deposit, depending on the size of the build. It puts your project on the calendar and counts toward the total, with the balance due when the site goes live. Larger builds can be split across milestones instead. Logo, Shopify, and AI work have their deposit spelled out in the quote.
